Built because we needed it.

PracticePlan AI started with a youth coach who was tired of opening a blank document at 9pm the night before practice. We knew the principles of great practice — short blocks, lots of touches, fun first — but writing it all out, every week, for multiple skill levels and coach configurations, took hours we didn't have.

So we built the tool we wanted. One that takes the structural work off your plate and leaves you with what only you can do: be present, read your team, and coach the moment.

What we believe

• Coaches' time is the scarcest resource in youth sports. We protect it.
• Most kids quit organized sports by age 13. Better-prepared coaches keep them in.
• AI should be a draft partner, not an authority. You always have the final call.
• Your plans are yours. Owned by you. Reusable. Portable. Private.

Who's behind this

A small team of working youth coaches and software engineers. We coach baseball, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse at the rec, travel, and high school levels. We test every feature against our own teams before shipping it.
